This was a really fun interview and folks continue to be surprised that the physics of moisture and thermal modeling or hygrothermal modeling is more complicated that rocket propulsion systems. Trust me it is. Mostly because every building is a prototype while with rockets you can test across the conditions expected and then hopefully stay within those conditions. With buildings, even with ones identically built, the conditions from the occupants, climate, and maintenance will differ.
